Stability and comfort are key for all Yoga.
What you can expect in the classes/workshops and weekend retreats:
Sanskrit Chanting, Yoga asana (postures), Yoga Nidra (Relaxation Techniques), Pranayama (Breathing Techniques) and Trataka (Meditation Techniques).
Modifications are given for people with injuries and/or ailments.
From practicing Yoga you achieve:

My name is Natasha (Tash) Sinclair.
Originally I am Maori from Aotearoa (New Zealand).
Teaching Yoga in NZ and now here in Samoa, I have been trained in Classical Yoga, deriving from Hatha Yoga, under wise guidance from Dr. Sridhar Maddela and Dr. Pooja Maddela from Southern India.
